Setting up direct debit

Unfortunately my name on my card is not allowing me to proceed forward I have written the same name as my card but it's is still not allowing me my phone is restricted and I really need it to come back on iv had a week without my phone

If you're setting up a direct debit your card details aren't relevant. You just enter the name shown on your bank,account.
