Setting my mobile payment up

I'm not managing to set my payment up it won't let me I've tried a lot of time to do this and not managing to do so I'm still restricted with my mobile so also can't ring yourself to sort this and it's becoming very frustrating

@Gemclay84 Sky don't usually allow payment plans on active accounts, they would expect the outstanding amount to be paid in full before any services are restored.

The few Sky staff on the community wouldn't be able to assist with this issue so we can't escalte your post ot them, you may be able to get some support from Sky's social media accounts, there is of course no guarantee they can or will help.
