My service haven't been restored and I paid my bill

@carolinejack  Have you set up a new direct debit also?  Please be aware you may need to wait for your payment to clear before services are restored.

 

How late were you paying, if more than 2 weeks late you may need to pay the following months also.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
