Service no longer required

My Sky app shows that I am in credit, I no longer need Sky streaming or any other services. I keep getting emails asking me to reinstate. I have only a sky glass TV which is fully paid? How do I get the credit.

@LesleyHart  To confirm you have fully cancelled your TV subscription and not just your payment method?

@LesleyHart Sky can only pay a credit to your bank if the payment authorisation is still in place. Otherwise you will have to ring them and ask for a cheque to be sent which will take much longer.

Re: Service no longer required

Yes I have no services with Sky apart from the TV - MySky app says I am in credit and yet I get emails and notifications to re-instate the service and shows that I am due £60.00?  Doesn't make any sense at all.

I am overseas and do not have the ability to call them and wait on the line for the whole messaging that takes 20 mins before you can actually speak to a real human.

@LesleyHart

Your post is still confusing. You may have paid off the actual Glass TV but have you also cancelled the TV subscription- and received an email from Sky acknowledging the  cancellation?
