For a property in the Republic of Ireland you'd want to check that any Sky web page you visit has correctly geo-located in order for them to offer a working phone number and pricing in Euros: there's typically a tiny selectable icon of a national flag on the bottom right of every page (but not on these forums which cover both countries)
