Sent equipment back!
Iv been charged £53 for a hub that I'm late sending back. It's been posted back today and my next bill as been sent for £103! I'm not paying this as they are getting it back. Will they take the charge off?

Re: Sent equipment back!
Eventually yes. Returns are sorted by Unipart who are taking a number of weeks to process them.
You can't not pay the non return fee as by your own admission you are late returning it. Just keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.
