I have to send them a link from my housing association, so they can get a key to the roof of the tower block I've moved to, they'll need a key to the roof to connect me, Citizen has sent me a link to pass on to Sky for them to fill in a request for the key, they can't get access to the roof without it
You can't send an email so If you live in somewhere like a block of flats it might not be Sky coming out to you but instead a third party company so have you spoken to the buildings management people about this ?

@JAYNEBURNS63 I don't think there's an alternative to calling on this, I'm afraid. I'm not sure that Sky will be willing to complete the form that Citizen seem to want. What is being connected?
