Scammers email.

I have just read the Sky scammers email and it says that Sky will never ask me for my password - I have found that they always do.  I also get constant phone calls from Sky Sales people and they always ask for my password. So why are they doing that?

If the calls are from Sky then they will be asking for your telephone password and not your online account one so the tip is to give them a fake password as Sky would know this is wrong while the scammers would not.

@SophieLouise77 they're asking for your telephone password which is not the same as your account password, unless unwisely you've used the same for both.

Hi @SophieLouise77   Wrong password, they are looking for your telephone password, not your account password. Never use your account password for your telephone password.
