Scamm
Does anybody know how to get intouch with a uk based centre? I've recently been scammed and after spending 2 hours on the phone to a none uk call centre they told me that someone from a uk centre would phone me back, I'm still waiting and if I phone the help line I just get a none uk based centre who have already admitted they can't help and need to speak to someone in the Uk

You call is routed to the next available agent no matter where they are so there is no magic way to get through to someone based in the UK.
Having said that can we help and advice you on here to save you making another call ?

@Lesley711 Your calls are routed to the next avaiable agent regardless of there location, there isn't any way to get around this.
There is no direct number to any of the UK sites.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
