Scam calls

I've had calls saying they are from sky and that you're giving 20% discount on my bills, they then asked for some information which I didn't give. We're they a scam?

Yes they were scam calls as they want your account information so they can order devices like phones and tablets from it so did you give them any information that they asked for ?

Yes they're scammers, usually they offer 40% discount & a free gift for being a 'good customer'.
They try to obtain account details then order expensive devices, then once received by you claim the received' gift' was an error & to return it to an address they specify or even offer to send a courier to collect it.
If you gave them your account username & password then I would sign in immediately & change your password.
