Scam alert

Had 2 phone calls in 2 days saying they are from ACI first one said they have just bought sky and then said they are debt recovery and I'm in debt with my sky account. I can see my direct debit has no fault on it and they are saying they have text me , emailed me and they will disconnect my service .

@Chris+k22 regardless of your direct debit, have you been notified of any unpaid bills?

Not had anything , the caller claimed to have sent numerous text messages and emails but ive received no such thing

Recovery companies such as ACI-UK Ltd purchase individual personal debts.  Sky Group is owned by the Comcast Corporation and has a value in the tens of billions of pounds.
