Have 22 yrs vip rewards but when I click on it says not authorised.
This has only been a problem since went to sky q I think the account maybe linked to an old account?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. I cannot access my sky app.
What is the fix? I have uninstalled the app and re-installed.

I have finally spoken to someone at sky who have advised they are aware of the issue.
They have told me to wait until tomorrow. Uninstall the app. Re-install and I should be able to access it again.
