We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services. No one from Sky will call you as a result of your post. You will need to initiate contact.

Also, your post was originally in the Sky+ board. Sky+ subscriptions have not been offered for some time.

@Titanic121  In addition no one can call you in response to a community post as no one woould knw who you are.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
