Hi Team,
My Gmail is blocked and couldn't check the Sky emails.
I would like to know my Account details to Login to Sky website.
Also, my card details are changed and the Payments didn't went through so I'd like to change my card details.
Customer service is very poor in SKY, I connected to one person and he is unable to understand my concern itself. Call got connected after several tries and it is not straight forwarded to talk to an agent.

Thisis also a customer helps customer community so we won;t be able to tell you wat your login details are.

Gmail being blocked shouldn't stop you from logging into your Sky account.
You can change your payment details via the MySky app or online here;

I need my account details etc. I'm unable to reachout to Customer service. At least ask them to reachout to me so that I can resolve my account set up online and sort out my billing/update my new card details.
Your Discussions doesn't help me a lot. Kindly someone reach out to me.

Find out moreDo you not know either your username or the password used because nobody will contact you due to you posting here as this is where customers help each other and while we could usually ask the messaging team to contact you the first thing they will ask for is your (telephone) password so do you know what this is ?
