SKY VIP

I don't really understand how Sky can say they value customers and offer VIP rewards when they can only be accessed throught the sky app.  This feels discriminating against anyone who does not have a smart phone or who does not want the app.

Plenty of business have rewards perks that are only provided by their own official apps. This isn't something unique to Sky.
