SKY VIP

Hi I'm trying to get my sky vip to work I've had sky just over a month and it keeps saying I'm unable to join right now. 

is there a reason for this or is there something I can do? I've tried logging out and back in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app too

It is probably more an account related issue so it might be worth you calling Sky about this to see if they can activate it for you,
