SKY VIP Rewards

I received an email from noreply-adminskyticketit.com stating I have won 4 tickets to Legoland. I entered the draw a few weeks ago but I'm not sure if it's a scam email or real. When logging into my sky app I can also see the ticket reward in my Sky VIP app under the my booking section. I am convinced it is indeed not a scam but just wanted to be safe before I open any links. When speaking to SKY Assistant bot the above email was mentioned as a legit email and not a scam email. Should I go ahead or call customer support for further clarification?

@Habiba_03

That is an email address used by Sky so that along with the fact you can see the rewards means you should be safe to click any links in the email.
