SKY VIP Data Transfer

Hi, i was a Sky customer for around 23 years up-until June 2022 where unfortuantley i was made homeless, so had to cancel my entire package, The VIP rewards i had then were great, not sure of the level but was very high.

Once i got back on my feet around 6 months later, i re-subcribed to Sky TV, Broadband and Mobile, but my VIP level is now very low on this new account.

Is their anyway i could transfer my VIP level that i previously had to this new account? I can provide account numbers and previous login details etc.

Ant help would be appreciated.

It can't be transfered because as soon as you cancel whatever VIP level you are on is lost as it then resets, as I believe this is covered in the terms and conditions somewhere.
