SKY BREACH OF CONTRACT

I am a VIP diamond member of sky for 24 years!

I pay a high sum monthly by choice. However when SKY removes channels during my contract and expect me to pay the same thjat is a breach!! Thjey have removed TNT and ask now that if we want it to pay a further £29 per month on top of the £73 p/m that I am already paying.Needless to day that the TNT they offer now does not have the programmes that we used to watch.

 I have tried to take them to task regarding this breach however withjout success as they are hiding a telephone contact number so well ...you needt to communicate to a limited robot that aggravates the issue by enraging the customer further.

SKY get your act together and communicate.

@BN Sky haven't removed TNT Sports at all, if you mean't Eurosports then they didn't remove that either, the owner of the channels did and Sky had zero say in that decision.

There has been no breach of contract by channels being removed, that is covered in the terms and conditions that you agreed to.

Are you confusing Eurosport with TNT?

You can find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Thete is no breach of contract because of you read the terms and conditions you agreed to then this allows Sky to

increase their prices and they also don't guarantee that channels will remain on the platform as they will come and go. Having said that TNT has not been removed from Sky so I presume you mean Eurosport which was removed from all UK broadcasters by the owner Warner Brothers.

@BN

There is no breach. Channels come and go. There is no automatic (and never has been a) price reduction when channels end either by the channel owner (as in the case with Eurosport recently) or channels operated by Sky.

The contact number for Sky Customer Services cannot be posted in it's entirety but there are dozens of posts daily giving a link to the number.
