Rude customer service agent

Why is it that some agents a rude and disrespectful?

You wait for ages on hold to get call answer and then have to put up with the attitude.

 

Is their anywhere you can make a complaint?

Hey all,

 

I have locked this thread as the question on how to complain has been answered. The post is now going off topic.

 

I also just want to remind everone to treat each other with respect while on the Sky Community.
