Royal Mail generated label not working

I called to cancel my sky tv, and they sent the returns packaging but it seems to have gotten lost, so I was told to try the royal mail label generator, however after putting all of the details in when I press the button nothing happens? 

 

Has this happened to anyone else or do I need to call to get this rectified?

As it is not working in multiple devices then I doubt using a different browser will help. On that link can you not use the option to have Royal Mail print the label for you, if this is an option, so select that you don't have a printer.

Yes, this is the link they sent me to get it generated but it doesn't work, either on my phone or my laptop unfortunately

Hi yes, I have used both my laptop and my phone, although both use Google. 

What would you advise browser wise?
