Roaming charges

I have recently returned from a trip to Slovenia Croatia and Montenegro and now have a bill for £183 for data used whilst in Montenegro which apparently is outside the roaming passport region. I received text messages from sky to make a payment to allow me to use my phone so I paid £15 and most of the data usage was to make the payment to sky. Is there any way I can get some sort of discount

You are only talking to other Sky customers on here but I think it is fair to say the chances of them giving you a discount are pretty slim.

That is a Rest Of The World destination therefore the costs are very expensive
