I have not received my refund after return off Sky kit

Hi,
My last bill was for 28 August - 27 September 2024

though I have ended my membership on 13 September 2024

But I was still direct debited for the full bill including 13-27 September 2024 and I was told it would have been refunded back to me much before when I was ending my membership.

My Sky kit was returned to Sky on 26/09/2024, I have got 2 thank you messages confirming it.

Now it has been 3 months and I'm still waiting on the refund. I would be very happy if someone can take a look into it.

Your post has been escalated to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
