Ridiculous!!

This is absolutely ridiculous!! 

I am trying to join Sky

 

I joined, received the confirmations and then I received an email saying it was cancelled. 

NO EXPLANATION. 

 

after an hour on the phone to the call centre, I rejoined and then again, CANCELLED WITH NO EXPLANATION! 

3rd time lucky!! 

by this point, does sky even want me as a member? What is going on?! This is utterly shameful from such a prestigious company. 

I want to talk to someone who is based in the UK and can solve this ongoing issue.

 

My current internet and tv already have a cancellation date so soon I will be without neither because Sky can't get their act solved. 

 

Does anyone have a number for a UK Sky customer service?!?!

What services are you try to order, Sky Glass, Broadband etc....
