I'd observe that ADSL is now more expensive for an ISP to purchase wholesale than both FTTC and FTTP.
If Sky can only supply ADSL then that's likely to be the case for any other ISP on the national Openreach network.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband type is available to Openreach ISPs.
