I've been a gold member of your sky rewards program and never won anything, I think that's pretty poor odds for seven years.

We are customers here as you are not talking to Sky support.

I have been with Sky for just short of 30 years and haven't won any either so it is just the luck of the draw as you have to remember there are probably millions of people entering these competitions so the chances of winning some of the big prizes must be quite slim.
