IS SKY JOINING VOUCHER A SCAM?

Just wondering if this free voucher deal/offer was a scam. I have contacted sky thrice. reminded them of my long wait. i am already into 10th month of my 18 month contract.

Reward voucher

I recieved my email to claim my friend referral reward. It says I will recieve an email with the voucher and I haven't received another email with the voucher.

I joined via a refer a friend, I recieved the email with the reward. It says click on the link to claim, I click on the link and it doesn't send me the email of my voucher?

There have been delays with these being sent out so you might need to wait a little longer for then, otherwise you could email Sky via this email address - referafriend@sky.uk.

I finally received my voucher today.  It's a shame that you can't use Amazon as one of the "shops" though.  Ended up using M&S.

same here, on the 16th december they sent me the link to click on, we did in the same time as my friend who referred me, she get it two weeks ago, for me still no sign.

i messaged them many times, but just getting the same reply either, the voucher issuing is on pause or many people claiming.

I already put a complaint in, no reply, phoned them many time, same useless answers.

will we actually ever receive it?

I'm still getting robbed off! This is the offer I received, £75 for streaming and up to £50 on top for broadband depending on the speed. They KEEP ON referring to the current offer not the one I signed up to. These people are either dumb or deliberately trying to mislead!
