Reward Help

WEB/SBL where can I find this on my account. I have been asked to supply it to claim my reward voucher but can't find it anywhere

It was a subscription to sky broadband in which i got a giftcard. I haven't received it. After going back and forth I got a reply from the GiftCloud team asking me to provide a WEB/SBL code starting with web but I can't see it on anything on my account. Sorry didn't think to explain what it was for. It's been a very long week 😪
