Review of future bill request

Current contract is due to end 15 Sept, request review of future costs and reduction in estimated bill. SKYVIP customer.

If you want to agree a new discounted deal with Sky, give them a call. We're a customer Community, I'm afraid, and Sky won't know who you are from a forum login.

No it's not...  It's only your discounts that expire.  As you have to give 31 days notice then you will be paying undiscounted prices unless you agree a new deal asap.

 

The contract is then on a 'rolling' basis until you take action.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
