Bill Query
Recently signed up for Sky Signature.
Being charged £8.52 for Sky sports 8-15 Sep 8-15 and £3.35 for Sky cinema and 52 pence for HD sport.
i had agreed to take a free trial of sports and cinema until Sep 9.
i have already cancelled Sky cinema but intend to keep the Sport.
I don't understand these charges.

Re: Bill Query
I had a similar issue. Took a 4 week FREE trial of Sky Sports. After 3 weeks decided we didnt need it and had a lengthy message discussion (vast majority with a Virtual Assistant that couldnt understand anything...). Finally a person took over. Was trying to tell me that I needed to give 31 days notice to cancel. I pointed out that it was FREE trial for 28 days and was being cancelled BEFORE it was purchased.. Argued about it but agreed to cancel immediately. Imagine my surprise when I noticed Sky Sports was still active 10 days later and my anger when I saw that I was being charged on the due bill in September. Had a phone convewrsation this time and had to repeat the same argument all over again (after the 'voice' said the message conversation 10 days earlier had dropped out so nothing was done). I had copied and saved the whole message conversation and I read out the resposnse from his colleague who said it would be cancelled. The 'voice' would not accept any error on Sky's part and was adamant that the message had not been completed. I wait to see if it is cancelled and if they remove the charge from Septembers bill. Be wary of FREE trials, a 4 week free trial may well end up as a 2 month paid for trial (always providing you remember to cancel it 31 days beforehand!) Why do Sky make life so difficult ?
