Reverse a cancellation

Hi, I cancelled whole home (Glass/ stream) but I've changed my mind & would like to keep it. I've tried using the ChatBot but that just wanted me to cancel my whole package. Is there a way I can do this without phoning Sky?

You will need to phone Sky so when you get through to the bot try saying nothing to see if you can then get past it to talk to somebody.
