Returns

I would like to return an iPad I have just recently purchased. It is still unopened in the original packaging. I have changed my mind and I no longer require it.

If you have had the iPad for 31 days or less then you will need to phone Sky to start the return process. When you do return it make sure you get and keep proof of purchase.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
