Returns instructions

When returning an item, do you just need it packaged up with the pre paid return label on top?

 

No notes inside or anything?

You could write your name and account number and n a piece paper and perhaps include a list of what you have returned. The important thing here is to retain the proof of posting receipt. If you are returning more than one item in the box it might also be worth taking a photo showing both of them in the box.

I never even opened the parcel, just returned it straight away. Stuck a return label on it 😂

Was this a mobile device because if so it will now take 2-3 weeks to be inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky so as it was delivered to you then you might see that you will start to be billed for it.

It was an ipad. Guy on the phone said it would take 5-6 working days.

I think you will find it will take longer than that as they might want norm is about 2-3 weeks.

Oh okay. Can I just ask do Sky Mobile have record of my parcel being sent in for return? As in there expecting it? 

 

Since I got a return email stating the issue with item is 'unknown' then followed by a label

This is all new to me. The device was ordered by mistake hence the return

If you phoned them and told them you will be returning it then once it has been scanned in they should know it will have come from you but as stated earlier this can take 2-3 weeks to be processed.
