Account cancellation

I have had my account cancelled for 3 months but I am still being charged. I have also tried calling every sky helpline but they do not work. 

 

Does anyone know anyway to actually get in touch with sky as their contact numbers are not working and they have no email. This is driving me round the bend.

How and when did you cancel and did you receive an email notification confirming your cancellation ?

To clarify, did you cancel your subscription 

 

or

 

were your services cancelled by Sky due to missing a few payments?

Help needed, cancelled my account from 6.6.25. Was told no fee to leave as am not allowed sky in new accommodation. Been sky customer for decades. 

Still been charged on 9.6.25 and billing shows bills for months to come.

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

 

Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so being charged shortly after your end of service is quite normal. Any overpayment will be reimbursed (but will take about 6 weeks).
