I've ended my sky contract and need to
rerturn my broadband equipment. I don't have any packaging and the help page clearly says that as I've ended my contract I'll be provided with packaging. However sky haven't sent me anything and I cant afford to buy packaging. Sky is just sending my text messages to say I need to return the equipment and won't take calls on the matter.

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
