Returning to Sky

 I left Sky for Virgin Media 18 months ago. I now want to return to Sky on one of their current deals. However, if I sign in with my original account email it only offers the deals for existing customers. I thought that, if you hadn't been a customer for 12 months you could get these new deals?

Hi @ColinP145   You need to sign up as a new customer, not with your old account ID. The easiest way is to first change your old account email address to something like a new gmail account, this should then release your live email address to sign up as a new customer.

@ColinP145 think it's 18 months now. I'm sure someone else will be able to confirm (or not).
