I returned the requested equipment to Sky on 9th July but have since received two text messages requesting me to "return equipment to avoid possible non-return charges".
However, I have also received a number of messages in the "My Sky" app. Four of them say "Thank you for returning our Sky kit" but the most recent one says "We still haven't received our Sky Equipment".
I Have the Post Office Certificate of Posting (Weight of item 3.17 Kg) with a barcode number of FC068631773GB.
How can this issue be resolved?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
