I have just received a box to return items I know nothing about I need help

Hi @Suebo1   Have you renewed any minimum terms etc.. In my case I renewed my Multiscreen, unbeknown to me they cancelled my Multiscreen subscription and entered it again at a cheaper price. That triggered a return request for my Mini boxes. I was told to ignore it completely when the packaging arrived (I did).
