Returning equipment

I have already returned it and now sending me more packaging - I returned it with my broadband equipment as had already got new TV package in place

You've posted in the Sky+ board. That equipment does NOT need to be returned, so what are Sky chasing you for?

Tje packaging is sent by default when you put in your cancellation notice so if you have already returned the equipment then you can dispose of it.
