Returning equipment you never received

Upgraded WiFi end of July, been sent messages and emails asking to return equipment, though might have been wrong person at first but messages continued. Been asked to return or will be given a £53 charge. Can't ring sky as it's charged, but confused what to do. Don't have any equipment to return.

Sky's number is an 03 (non-geographic number) so is included in many calling plans.

 

Ultimately, you'll have to call them unless you're happy to pay the charge.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not sure what you mean by this because the only way to get this sorted will be calling Sky as it sounds as though this charge has been applied in error.
