Cancel Account

Is there a way to cancel my sky id account? I cannot log in and Sky cannot work out why so wondered if it's possible to cancel my id and restart.

 

im on hold currently so trying to work out my options

It isn't possible to cancel your main ID so are you see a restricted message when trying to acecss it ?
