Returning equipment - parcel stuck

Hello - I've returned my Sky Q equipment via the generated Royal Mail postage labels and have proof of postage/tracking, but the parcel seems to be stuck at a mail centre and hasn't moved for nearly 2 weeks.  My deadline for returning the equipment is in a few days time - would it be possible to speak to someone from Sky via chat to explain the situation and hopefully avoid a charge?  Thank you

Just keep that proof of posting safe and indefinitely. If you get a reminder from Sky that you haven't returned the equipment post again in the thread and we can escalate it to Sky.

@crs73

You have done your bit by returning it, the fact it is stuck there is not your problem so as you have proof of posting when and if you get an email about not returning it then post back on here as we can arrange help in getting it sorted for you,

Remember that as and when the parcel eventually reaches its destination latest reports suggest it is taking a couple of weeks for them to be processed.
