SKY manager doesn't have the courtesy to talk to call back when i said i was given wrong information

SKY manager doesn't have the courtesy to talk to call back when i said i was given wrong information about the early termination charges,  all i got is a letter saying its cancelled and final charges. Is this how sky customers are treated ?

We are customers here so we can't comment on what you were or were not told but if Sky have let you out of your contract early then this is their policy on early termination charges:
