Returning customer can’t complete order

I used to be a sky q customer 18 months ago.

I'm considering moving back to Sky either Q or stream 

 

however when working through the order process it won't proceed as the system thinks we are still customers .

tried registering with alternative email but as it's still the same address as previous subscription the order won't process

You will have to call Sky to get the order placed if you are unable to do it online.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
