Returning SKY Hub packaging not suffcient

Hi 

 

I am trying to return my SKY HUB , but the packaging sent looks a bit too small and is requesting the power supply which is a small brick and barely fits in the space and a REMOTE control  but obviously the HUB does not have a remote control and my TV contract does not end until  8th November .

 

Have i been sent the wrong packaging for the SKY Hub and am i supposed to include the SKY PUCK remote? 

 

the returns letter says

 

The SKY owned equipment you have -SKY MAX HUB........

 

There are some cables tacked to the wall  but i understand i am not required to return them? 

 

 

Will i be sent  more packaging and label for the SKY PUCK and Remote after my contract ends on the 8th of November

You should be sent packaging for the puck prior to the end of your 31 days cancellation period. If this packaging isn't big enough then you can use you own just make sure that when you return everything that you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.
