Hello I returned my sky Q mini box in January, seem to have lost post office reciept, bit of a shock today £52 charge for something I sent back, having financial issues and this won't help, i know it will be at discretion of sky on getting money back, I know when and where I send it from, even went and asked for them to reprint the reciept on advice of the agent on the webchat but was informed that wouldn't be possible, is there a way of getting it passed on to someone who can help please, thanks

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later but as you say the withdrawal of non return fees is at Skys discretion. 

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
