Returned sky glass wall mount

I have returned my sky glass walk mount through Royal Mail and it is confirmed as being returned I was just wondering why it is still showing up on my monthly bill

@Barnaby2003 Might just take a while for it to filter through to Sky to update their systems. In the end calling Sky is your best option because we are only customers like you on here unless a Superuser can escalate this to the online staff? (I don't know what they can and can't escalate so apologies for the vagueness).

And when is your next bill due as that could have been created before it arrived and has been processed which could be why you are seeing it on your latest bill.

It can take the return centre 2-3 weeks to process after delivery.  So it may even be charged on your next bill...  (Generated 14 days before billing date)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
