Returned sky equipment

Good evening,

 

I returned my sky stream last week via Royal Mail - the tracking says it was delivered on the 19th November. I received a text saying please return Asap or il be charged.

The company that handles these returns does take up to 3 weeks to receive items like this into stock and to inspect them so the chances are they do already have it. If you want you could call Sky to give them the tracking details so when they can see you have returned it they might be able to update your account to reflect this.

Hi @MKOUKOULLIS6   You can probably expect those texts for at least a couple of weeks. The return process is very slow, before their systems are updated.
