Was it tracked? Have you had any confirmation from Sky that they've received it?

The two aren't necessarily comparable but my recent Virgin return of a Flex box and the router took exactly 10 days from sending to getting no less than 3 emails and 3 texts (all at the same time 🙂 ) confirming receipt.

@By3
Once you’ve cancelled successfully Sky send out returns packaging to the address where the account was active, near the end of any cancellation period, which is 14 days for broadband and 31 days for Sky Q, for any loaned equipment they are expecting back. So if you cancel Sky Q and Broadband the smaller BB packaging should arrive first followed later by the packaging for Sky Q.

Returns are dealt with by Unipart on behalf of Sky and they are apparently taking quite a number of weeks to process them at their warehouse.

With or without proof of posting we can maybe get you some help from Skys Community Messaging Team. If you have the proof it should be fairly straightforward however if you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Let us know in this thread if you want to engage in a chat with Sky.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

@By3

Packaging is automatically sent to you so are you saying they have sent you two lots or did you use your own packaging to return the equipment ?

If you printed your own return label then this is why you have been sent this return box so that will be a one off and no more packing should be sent out to you.
