Returned items but still charged

I have returned all my sky equipment , which I had two parcels in the end , but still everything asked for and I still have another three weeks to do so before deadline. I'm not sure I kept tracking receipts but I have all the emails from Sky thanking me for sending it back . This morning however I received a message telling me charges will now be applied to my account. Why do they harass so much and now I've got to stress and get in touch to sort . Who do I even contact as I have no bill either.

Unipart deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. If you wish we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.

If you have the proof (those emails included) it should be a fairly straightforward process. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

Yes I have all the email proof if someone could escalate it for me that would be great

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
